Substitution Policy
If an author of a paper is NOT available to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter.
If you need to make such a request, please fill out a Substitute Presenter Application Form no later than 20 November 2025. A copy of the form will go directly to the TPC Chair for approval. Please note that submission of this form doesn't imply automatic approval. Notification of the result will be sent by email.
