The 31st IEEE International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems (ICPADS 2025) invites you to register and join us for our flagship event! ICPADS 2025 will convene in Hefei, China, a vibrant and historic city renowned for its blend of technological innovation and rich cultural heritage. Registration Website is now open. Please carefully review the registration policies and fees before you register.
ICPADS 2025 features two registration categories: Full Registration and Attendee Registration.
- If you are an author required to cover a paper publication fee, please select Full Registration. Please note that one Full registration must be paid for Each paper to be published in the proceedings.
- If you are an author who does not need to cover the publication fee (i.e., one co-author has already completed a Full Registration), you can select Attendee Registration.
- If you are a general participant, you can select Attendee Registration.

Registration Policy
Author Guidelines:
- One Full registration must be paid for Each paper to be published in the proceedings.
- At least one Non-refundable Full Registration fee must be paid prior to uploading the final camera-ready version of the paper (Early Bird Deadline: October 31, 2025) .
- You are strongly recommended to revise your paper in consideration of the reviewers' comments. Your Track Chairs may contact you if they are not satisfied with your final version of your paper. The title, the list of authors and their listing order cannot be changed after the paper is accepted. Failure to abide by this policy may result in the removal of your paper from the final conference program.
- The paper must be presented by an author named on the paper. Substitute presenters due to unforeseen circumstances must be authorized in advance by the TPC Chairs (tpc-chairs@ieee-icpads.org.cn).
Bank Transfer Guidelines:
- Registration payments can only be done via bank transfer. For the bank transfer notes, please strictly use the format: Name + PaperID (for authors) + ICPADS2025. After completing the bank transfer, please upload the proof of payment to the system.
- Please note that your local bank may charge you some additional fees in order to process the bank transfer. Therefore, please make sure that the net amount that is transferred to the above account is no less than the required registration fee.
Membership and Student Status Verification:
- For ALL registration, in order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee, the IEEE membership number must be uploaded in the registration system ( cerfification example). Similarly, in order to qualify for the student reduced registration fee, proof of current student status (e.g., current Student ID or other proof of current enrollment) must be uploaded in the registration system. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy:
- All requests for registration cancellation/transfer must be submitted in registration system by 15 November, 2025.
- Please note that an administrative fee of US$150 (RMB 1100) will be charged for each cancellation or substitution request.
Invoice/Receipt:
- The receipts can be downloaded from registration system for all kinds of registration.
- For authors from China, if you need to issue a invoice, please submit the Invoice Request in the registration system.
Children Attendance Policy:
- Children are strictly not permitted entry into session rooms. For access to the Exhibits and Poster Hall, a parent or guardian must complete and sign a Minor Release Form at the registration desk, making them fully responsible for the child's behavior and safety while on the premises.
