Presenter Instruction
Any accepted paper is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will not be published by IEEE on IEEE Xplore (IEEE No-show policy).
Presentation Time Limits & On-Site Protocol
- Time Limits: Each presentation is strictly limited to 10 minutes for the talk, followed by a dedicated 5 minutes for audience Q&A. Please rehearse your delivery accordingly.
- Program Check: Please check the program for the exact time and sequence of your session.
- Presenter Check-in: Please confirm your attendance with the Session Chair at your assigned room at least 10 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin.
- Language: All presentations and slides must be entirely in English.
Presentation Slides (PPT) Submission
- Submission Deadline: 23:59, December 11, 2025 (Beijing Time). Please submit your final presentation file on time.
- Upload Link: Please upload your presentation file in this link.
- Naming: Please name your file clearly using the format: PaperID_PresenterName.pptx (e.g., 186_Smith.pptx).
Technical Requirements
- Slide Ratio: 16:9 Widescreen format.
- Multimedia: If you include videos, please embed them using common, compatible formats like MP4.
- Equipment: Conference-provided Windows PC will be used.
